Joining/Renewing is Easy:
- Download the membership form (see below) or pick one up at your local library.
- To submit, please do one of the following:
- Mail the completed form (use the pdf version) with check to P.O. Box 72, Jasper, TN 37347.
- Drop off your form (use the pdf version) and check or cash in the blue Friends of the Library box available on the circulation desk of each library.
- Click on the Pay Now button above to pay, then download/fill in the membership form below (use the docx version), save as a PDF, and email the form to info@friendsmclibraries.org.
Membership Fees: Annual Individual $5, Annual Family $10, Business $50, Lifetime $100
